Disappointment is an understatement. The food was absolutely horrible. I've had pizza all over the NY and the East coast and this was by far the worst pizza I have EVER had. To make matters worse, the food took 45 minutes to come out even though there were only 4 tables of people in the whole place. The waitress had the personality of a piece of cardboard AND she didn't bother to give refills. She literally dropped the food off and NEVER came back. I literally had to CALL THE RESTAURANT from my CELL PHONE to ask for a refill. I have never done this ever before. I used to be a waitress myself. This was unacceptable though. The piece of cardboard waitress offered no apology. Ive been in NYC restaurants where waitresses serve dozens of customers efficiently with a smile. By the way they charge you refills. I never return to a place that does that. Our bill was comprises of $15 in soda, and $45 in absolutely horrible food. Never ever ever again. The restaurant also seems to attract bratty 5 year olds where parents allow their children to run wild. It felt like a McDonalds in there. Don't bother with this place. Ever.

Maybe it was because I came here on a Saturday but it was kinda dead and despite that it took quite a bit of time for us to get our orders. I ordered a steak sandwich and it was ok. I REALLY liked their chicken wings. The perfect amount of crisp to them! Standard beer selection. I do want to come out here for drinks. It looks like a nice little bar to hang out in. If I do I will definitely update my review.

We go here at least once a week. Tis is the old Orio's. The food is consistently delicious with great portions and great price. The Grandma and Metropolitan pizzas are awesome. Chef/owner John is attentive and gracious to his guests. A great place for family dinner, take out or delivery.

We (my beautiful girlfriend and me), came for late lunch on a lime light deal. I don't enjoy giving poor reviews, but all in all, the place can best be described as substandard. Our server was distracted and forgetful, yet we were one of only two occupied tables. We ordered pasta e. fagioli and eggplant rolitini. The soup was fine, the rolitini was also fine (at best). Perhaps most off putting was watching another server (in uniform) who was chatting at the bar w coworkers, or perhaps it was family, change her babies diaper on the pool table in the middle of the restaurant. We couldn't help but notice she didn't wash her hands after, and then fed her baby by hand at the bar. I wouldn't assume she's any more sanitary towards her customers than she is her own child. All in all, a disappointing experience. We won't be going back.

i dont care what the guy in the first review says, stay away dude , my girl and i come here alot, great italian food, prices are very reasonable, friendly owners, young couple,great servers, we come here at least once a week, there isnt one resturant around here that compairs ,

I have been back twice since my iniital visit. I am happy to say the experience will keep me coming back and it's worth my 25 minute ride. If you have a sensitivity to gluten, make sure you make it clear to your waiter. He made a mistake and my wife received "normal" chicken marsala. When we realized the mistake, the waiter felt terrible and apologized numerous times. The owner also came out and apologized. They prepared a separate dish of gluten free pasta and did not charge us for my wife's meal. Mistakes do happen but in the service industry, it's how you respond to a mistake determines if you have a repeat customer. We really enjoy this place and the service. Needless to say, we will continue to come back.

So glad we tried Nico's. We found a new favorite close to home. Don't have to drive into town and deal with traffic and wait times. My husband and I have been here 3 times and will definitely go back again. The food has been great. They start you with bread basket. Bread is ordinary but the dipping oil with balsamic vinegar makes it delicious. I've had the eggplant rollatini at 2 visits. I get this dish a lot at different restaurants and have to say Nico's is one of the best I've had. Portions are huge, 4 eggplant rollatinis with a side of angel hair pasta with delicious sauce. My husband had a huge piece of veal parm that he said was very tender. We both had enough to take home. I enjoyed my eggplant just as much 2 days later for lunch at work. There is really no curb appeal to this restaurant but don't let that stop you from going in. Inside the decor is plain but they make up for it with great food at great prices and attentive service.

My favorite pizza is their specialty award winning smores pizza!! Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. The place is clean too which is always a plus!

Great pizza, wings, and Mozz sticks. however, the place is a dump!!!! Just makes nervous eating there! Just a little TLC and updates could go a long way.

We order from nicos once every few weeks. The food is normally good but the customer service is terrible!!!!We ordered 3 sides of chicken parm and they charged us 30 dollars! When we got back to the house, the chicken was raw. We called back to let them know and they told us we had to physically bring the food back in order to get it replaced. At his point it was close to 930pm and our daughter was asleep. They then told us there is nothing else they can do. I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN.

Espresso martini by request, calamari w buffalo sauce by request & shrimp francesse all on point. Waitress was wonderful, attentative but not overbearing. Owner/chef came out to say hi & make sure all was well. Very happy overall w all service & food.
